I've been living it up like there's no tomorrow,
and it's been great....like today, when I saw
Batman Begins.

Finally, they got it right on what, the fifth try?
This was possibly my most favorite superhero
movie to date, and I LOVED Spiderman II.

The characters stayed pretty true to the Dark Knight
series, the cast was made up of A-list actors and
Katie Holmes, there was action galore and what I loved
about it most...I actually cared about the characters.
Oh and did I mention there was no complete reliance on
CGI and what effects of that type there was, it was
fantastic and convincing.

I highly recommend this film to those of you not chained
down by a little kid (whom I love dearly mind you) and
are available to visit the cinema this weekend.
You won't regret it.

well, this weekend I have to work..........

oh wait, except tomorrow evening when I'm going to visit Jordan at Graspop.

But anyway, it's in the planning to see Batman Begins.
You're right that it's probably the best one so far from what I have seen.

I must say there are a lot of movies that seem to be worth seeing
(Madagaskar, War of the Worlds)

I'm also planning to see it in the next days... I saw a "Making of" in TV and besides the story I was mose impressed, that they actually tried to film everything in real without using the computer too much. Most of the scenes were played in a extra built giant environment, without every second character coming out of the box.

I just saw it, and I must say that I was impressed, good screenplay and well focused characters in my opinion, the only one I didnīt like was the guy playing the Shadow society leader at the beginig, a little disapointing after seeing him plating Hatsumoto on the Last Samurai....

Awesome, awesome movie. Left me craving more and fit in perfectly with the original Batman movie. My favorite part was when the Scarecrow scares the crap out of that crime boss guy.

Fuckin' A.

yes! exactly what i said!

i think it was a great movie too! one thing i thought was kinda funny, and if i could think of anything to complain about it would be whenever he was Bruce Wayne, he'd talk one way, then as soon as he'd put the suit on, his voice would change to a deeper, more rugged, solid-snake sound. it woulda been fine, but it didnt seem like he was consistent and it seemed like he went overboard with the rough sound in his voice. it made me laugh.

but yeah, thats a really tiny thing to complain about, and doesnt affect the awesomeness of the movie one bit. i hope they continue with making more recent batman movies, although it didnt seem like they would seeing how this one was set up. i could be wrong though. i like holmes. shes a babe.

i agree about the special effects too. not overdone, believable, and beautiful. i really enjoyed seeing batman making and using his nifty gadgets.

I Am Batman.
