Incredible concert, as usual...

and incredible keyboard-playing!!! Yesterday I was in Ascoli for the concert and I was very curious about Jordan playing his continuum live...
The result was astonishing and incredible!!!

wow, they're really not doing too many new songs on this tour so far! and a lot of SDoIT!? surprising, i must say...

and are they not going to play octavarium live??? i have yet to see a setlist w/ it....

I was at Fucecchio and it was great too!
Outstanding learning to live and panic attack.
Plus, I made a photo where you can see Rudess having lots of fun with his new toy (not a dildo - the continuum) :D

Yeah it would be very cool for a upcoming DVD! In LSFNY, there was a real choir in The spirit carries on, and why not a real orchestral in Octavarium?

unfortunately, DT usually only puts a DVD out every other studio album (for example, of the past few albums, they did one for Metropolis 2, not for SDoIT, then they did one for ToT)...so they probably won't do one for Octavarium. However, I was thinking it would be really cool if MP or someone would put out a DVD of "The Making of Octavarium" cuz I'm sure they have footage from the studio, and it's been quite sometime since DT has released much studio footage (I guess there was some from SDoIT, but the ToT footage was mainly rehearsal/writing). I think it'd be cool to see the making of the Hit Factory's FINAL album ever! Plus, they've never done a full length movie of the making of an album.

I guess I don't know for sure if they have enough footage...and I guess if all they have is portnoy's homecam, they probably wouldn't release it...it would have been cool if they had had a crew film the whole thing. Oh well...wishful thinking...

I hope they will play it in the Gigantour, I have already my ticket for sept 2 in Montreal! :D
Does anyone know how long DT will play in this show? Because they are with many other groups, I think they won't play more than 45 minutes... maybe 1 hour...
