I saw tonight the game between San Antonio Spurs and Detroit Pistons

Before the game started when the players were on the court, they played Metropolis Pt.1 , more than one minute of it (I know it's usual that they play it there), but read the following:

At the beginning of the second half they put Overture 1928, it was hilarious to hear JP and JR solo there, even after the referee gave the whistle to play, they still played it for 2 minutes.
And by the way the Pistons won,

awesome! I've heard DT in public only once so far, which was in a VERY bad TV casting show for an even worse boygroup (I guess). I just zapped through the channels and suddenly I heard 5 secs of Another Day *lol*

ok, I will yet you all in on a little secret...........the guy who is in charge of the music at the spurs game went onto MP.com and posted a poll asking whch dt song he should play at the begining of the 3rd quarter and overature 1928 won.

so we at MP.com were responsible for the music played at the begining of the third quarter.

by the way, does anyone remember when during one of the winter olympics, they did like a 3minute edit of A Change of Seasons during the explanation of some snowboarding event or something? I think I might actually have the video clip of that somehwere...I know I used to have it.

Recently there was a program on the Dutch TV called "Six pack", there was a match of who's the best air guitar player. They played ACOS.

It was great to hear, because the only place I hear DT is on my computer or in the car :D

YEP! it was awesome. i was about to go to bed and was in the kitchen, and i heard something familiar as they were posting the stats for the skiers. it was a change of seasons alright!!! i have the video too i think. had it quite a while ago though, dont know if i still do.

there was Take away my Pain as well in that show, right after a "talent" (or contester or simply jerk;-) ) was dismissed.

She was moved to tears that her "oh my god, i am a huge star and i even can sing" dream was over when they played that song..

in the final game they played metropolis 1 and 6:00, and maybe more songs, i watched the game from the second half. great finals anyway! san antonio spurs is the champion! like i wanted :) duncan and ginobili (maybe i write their names wrong) were amazing, i loved to see dunks from ginobili :)
