Well, as I get older, I think more and more that I can't afford to eat like I did back in my 20's when the guys in the band were sharing a room at the motel 6 on the road and eating a steady diet of Taco Bell. I've started to pack on a few pounds just from those "extra snacks, birthday cakes, beers, etc at family gatherings, so I decided to start at least trying to eat better or "drink better"...So I've stumbled upon something interesting... http://www.growwheatgrass.com/
Wheatgrass juice. I tried it for the first time today at my local jamba juice
http://www.jambajuice.com
I'm not sure how it tasted as I was slightly aprehensive and held my breath while downing a 2 ounce shot (not cheap either. Cost me 3 bucks just for that!). I chased this with a Mango smoothie loaded with protein, multivitamin and immunity boost. So, have any of you tried this ?
According to the wheatgrass weblink above, my "liquid lunch" today consisted of the nutritional equivalent of 2 pounds of Raw Broccoli ! That's a lot of antioxidant right there...so I'm thinking about doing this once a week. Any thoughts on your own experience with this stuff ?
:)

Jamba Juice?

Didn't that stuff make headlines at the
Michael Jackson trial? :-)

Yeah, I'm with you there buddy.
I'm trying to get in shape for the
next Chicago Marathon as I've packed
a little junk in the trunk from being a
new dad.

I'll look into this. Thanks.

Everyone who wants to loose some punds, I take them!!!

I've got 110pounds at 177cm :( I remember that we already discussed this here when I posted a picture of mine and everyone only said that I'm so thin. *lol* Well, I'm not ill or something, it's just that I can eat what I want and don't weigh more the next day. °_O
