In full-page advertisements in Chicago newspapers, the bald-headed Corgan said, "I want my band back, and my songs, and my dreams."

I liked some of his output, so I guess it will be interesting to see if he can recapture the spark.

I alwais liked the Smashing Pumpkins. It would be cool to see if they can output some good stuff again.

Billy just lives about 8-9 miles just east of me
in a Chicago suburb. Maybe I should go over
there and give him the thumbs up....the go sign.
It's been too long. Can't wait to see if they can
do it again. Chamberlin's a local guy. Anyone get
his new prog/rock solo disc? It's pretty amazing.
Nice surprise to see that he can play other styles
besides a 4/4 beat.

Actually, P@, back in 95 I did audition for
the Smashing Pumpkins' keyboardist position.
I didn't get the job.
The job instead went to Jonathan Melvoin,
brother of Wendy who played with Prince.
He died of a drug overdose during the tour.
