hi buddys
my biggest problem is to find fingerings. how do you do that?
as an example: when you see a classical etude with hunderds of dots, and without any fingerings, how can u get the "best fingerings"? i mean are there any tips or tricks?
thx, for your help

I have always had an interesting time with this, be it on guitar or piano. People play things different ways, but yet, you get the same notes no matter what. Pretty much, I play whatever feels comfortable to my hand, and allows a fluid motion to take place so my fingers dont get stuck. In a way its just like getting your own "style" of way of playing things. My GF is a SICK classically trained pianist for like 13 years now, and she has problems when the sheet music dont have fingerings because she got so used to it.
I would just say, pick something comfortable, that allows fluidity, and no tanglements. Its different for everyone. Its like when I learned DT songs many years ago, I would play sections my own way, then I would see how JP played them and I was like, WOAH, very different fingerings. Its just his style of playing what he writes, its different, but like I said before, it produces the same notes, in the same rhythm.
Just have FUN!
