How do I post an MP3 on YOUSENDIT like everyone else?

How do I post a soundfile like you all do?

You go to http://rapidshare.de/ then simply clikc on browse button..

Step 1: Go to http://www.yousendit.com
Step 2: Click the "Browse" button and locate the file you want to upload
Step 3: Enter your own email address in the optional field
Step 4: Click SEND.

When the file is finished uploading, you will get a URL that you can share with everyone.

You don't HAVE to put a recipient's email address in. The whole point of using YouSendIt is that you will get a URL where you can go to download the file, and you will be emailed that link even if you leave the recipient blank (this is why you put your own email address in). Once you have the link you can post it wherever you want.

Of course, if you only want to send the file to one person, then it will be easier to put them in the recipient's address, they will automatically get an email once the file is finished uploading.

BTW YouSendIt seems to be far superior to RapidShare, there is no advertising, or waiting in queues, or any other B.S. :)

Yeah, yousentit definately does suck. I just post stuff on there purely because it's easy to use. Rapidshare is really a lot better, it's just got a few more ads, but it's infinately better since it keeps your file on there for an unlimited amount of time as long as it's being downloaded.
