Is there a piano emulator VST/DXi plugin you can get? I read about these modules for keybaords that have tons of different samples to get realistic piano sounds (instead of just using a wav file of a middle C or whatever), I want to know if theres a software version of it?

Check out The Grand by Steinberg if you're on PC and Ivory by Synthogy if you're on Mac..

I personally love 4Front Piano (www.yohng.com), it is free and CPU-light.

Oh, thanks for the fix. The sound is very impressive, even if it is so realistic that it seems to me a little detuned... or not?

I'll check when I get home, I had a good one in Fruity Loops, though it was a bit "1920s" sounding for me, and lacked depth, I didn't seem to be able to put reverb on it.

This is what it sounds like:

I'll try and get it for you.

Definitely get the Grand. I've tried them all and nothing beats this.
