Hi guys. I don't see Vitalij Kuprij mentioned very often here so I guess not too many fans. I myself was not a big fan, I got his "High Definition" with G. Howe, and to be honest I didn't like it that much, the guy surely can play I am not saying anything against that, but that album was too shreddish for my taste.
Now, his latest offering "Far and Beyond" I think is AWESOME. He got this lead sound which is amazing, the compositions sound very fresh with dance/electronic music colors. The guest guitarists are very good (I think Michael Romeo plays on a tune or two).
So any fans of this album? If you haven't heard it, I think it's worth checking out. Highlights: Forward And Beyond, Phantom Flurries, Solar impact, and Idol tribute (although I tend to take it with a grain of salt).
Best.
