ok, i have a korg sp200 with no internal memory but i want to play with good synth sounds, is there a program that i can put on my computer that i can use downloaded sounds and create my own sounds with and use them with a midi interface with my keyboard?

cheers in advance for any replies!

You don't check sticked threads before? ;)

you need a VSTi host, a midi cable from your keyboard to your pc and some VST instruments. You can find very good (and free) ones at: www.kvr-vst.com

I suggest Synth1. Is a great emulation of Nord Lead 2 Red Star, Crystal (a semi modular environment) and Triangle II (another warm subtractive synthesizer).

Also you can try Clavia Nord Modular G2 Demo v.1.32.
