I have not been here for a while and just got a new fantom x and then logged into fantomized to see what they have on offer.
I was not very happy with the sounds on the fantom they were a bit bland to me if i can even use that word. I got it because it i have a triton classic and i was thinking about the redundancy issue. Also the live setting is ideal for me it just allows me to switch faster.
I was just wondering if anybody else was experiencing the same problems i was. Like the Distortion patches on the on the fantom comes no where close to the ones on the triton. I use a Combi called ROCK IS KING alot and no patch on the extreme comes close. Also i use a sound called FEW BOWS HERE on the triton and the full strings or almost every other patch on the fantom just does'nt come close.
Anyway just a thought
