MOOG SPACE JAM LIVE: Jordan Rudess, keyboard virtuoso with Dream Theater, and Richard Lainhart, synthesist extraordinaire, will be performing live on WDFH FM 90.3 Westchester NY, on Tuesday, May 3, starting at 10 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time. We'll be using old and new Moog electronic instruments exclusively, including a vintage Mini-Moog, a modern Moog Voyager Mini-Moog, and Arturia's Moog Modular V software. cool! count me in again! I hope the technical problems of last broadcast won't show up again... The parts I could hear were very nice, but the countless cuts were very disappointing.

is someone gonna make a recording of this by any chance? or is it a one time listen thing?

Hey Folks,

We will certainly record it at the studio, and one day make it availalble as a download if we like the results!!

I think the server they use will be able to broadcast more effectively then we have in the past from our home studio, so please do tune in and space out with us!

Enjoy!

This sounds great, however I can't use a lot of things intarweb radio and such because my college house has the first firewall ever, for some reason, the on campus one is much easier to work with, maybe I'll head up to the college to watch it.

I really want to hear what Jordan can come up with, I'm quite excited.

A huge thanks goes out to Jordan and Richard for coming to WDFH and
spacing out with us for two hours. Their performance was spectacular and
the chats were equally as awesome. I had the great pleasure of engineering
the broadcast and what an honor it was to sit there with my headphones on
and embark on amazing journeys through space.

Jordan and Richard seemed to just succumb to the music forces and energy that was in the air.
They went to their instruments and conjured up sounds
and burbles that seemed to weave a soothing sonic blanket. I think I can
speak for all who listened when I say -- outstanding!!

Thanks again to Jordan and Richard for their creativity, their warmth and
their time. We can't wait to have them back....

Be Well.
