1st one was at Heidelburg cemetary and 2nd at Eltham cemetary... 18th century ones so it was pretty sweet! the 2nd cemetary we went to had bad lighting though cos it was late at night and stuff

Well, I don't know what your music is like--and I don't think it's irrelevent in this matter--but, I really liked the first one. My only qualm is that you look really seperated from the rest of the group, but maybe that's what you were going for? Still, very cool. That statue makes it. Oh P.S., your side of the statue is darker, so your face is harder to see than the others. Don't know if you wanted that or not...

The second one I don't think I like. The composition is very...strange. You and the coffin are perfectly straight and the trees behind you are tilted around 30-40 degrees. And plus, you can tell that your face is only lit because of the flash. What I'd do with this picture is I'd photoshop it so that you're some bluish color and maybe add a gradient or texture somewhere that balances the trees against you better. But that's just me.

mm perhaps, due to the choice of a cemetery, you can try to do a black&white version of those pics...

yeah, I agree, I don´t really like musicians wearing other band t-shirts on photoshoots, but that´s just me....
On the first one I don´t like that you´re separated from the rest looks like you´re not very attached to them or maybe a session musician which is worse!. But I do really like the colours, looks like you chose the exact time of the day to take that pic!!!...looks very nice!

And yeah, on the second one I would work on the lighthing of your face and specially the tree in front of you, to see the flash so much makes it look a bit amateur.....but you look very pretty if yoou ask me

The first one is excellent (and you're very hot!:)), I agree the statue is a very cool idea. But the second one seems a bit over-dramatic, with the tombstone and everything. Too bad I'm not in Australia anymore, otherwise I'd ask you out! :)

Thanks for the comments guys! I agree about the band t-shirt thing too but thats just what the boys wanted so I went along with it. I know I'm separated from the group in that first one... Its really been niggling at me! We took several other shots with the group slightly closer to me but apparently the actual photos didn't turn out as well as this even though the choreography worked better.
The 2nd photo at the 2nd cemetary didn't really work very well. The first spot we went to had perfect lighting... the 2nd was around 8pm at night and currently, 8pm at night is pitch black. Terrible terrible terrible for lighting and the flash wasn't working too well either. It was a bit dodgy... and our manager wants us to re-do all of them lol. I don't think we will, but we're gonna see how it goes.

I would agree with everyone's comments about them, but it certainly would be a task to set up another photoshoot like that. Two requests though. ;)

variating ambience temperature is difficult indeed..

Maybe something lowering feverish conditions would help ? I don´t know ?

Is your band playing death metal or black metal perhaps? No offense, but that's just the image i picked up from the pics.. and this is promo shots, so that would be the main purpose.. if i was right then you're on the right track here i think, but if it's different like prog, then the pics are too metal :)

The hues are very pale, unless that's the look that you're going for.. otherwise might wanna bump up the level & saturation a bit.. It's sooo pale that the 2nd pic (you only) almost look like B&W...

And sounds like your band is already pro.. with manager & all that.. so i hope you didn't pay for the photo cause if you did then you deserve better quality.

PS: Also i think built in camera flash won't help if it's that dark, you have to use huge flash for that..

We're classic heavy/power metal, not prog so I guess its alright. hehehe

What actually happened on the day was that the photographer pulled out on the day of the shoot... and since we were all prepared for a shoot, we ended up getting an amateur who is a friend of one of the guitarists to take the shots.

Hey Leanne!

So finally we get to see your face now.
I didn't believe you either when you said you are 15 years old. Just thought you were a bit older, not much though. I would've guessed 18 ;)
Anyway, these pictures should fit well in a metal album booklet, but you're going to re-do the shoot? Hmm.. do give us a sneak preview on those too then as soon as you get them :)
