Hey people,
I've got a medium to big problem here :)
I want to play a MIDI with a Performance in my XP-30. It is only one track and one channel, so I thought it would be no problem. But as soon as I play the MIDI with the XP-30 as output, the PC and the XP-30 hang up until I change the MIDI output to "not connected". Sometimes, my XP-30 gives me the error message "MIDI buffer full", and I guess that's the problem, but I don't know how to solve it.
I would be glad if anyone of you could help me, especially Tusker, but I don't want to disturb him with another private message ;)

Thanks in advance,
Jan.

With your software check to see if your not sending SYSEX data as well as your standard MIDI data that your sequencing.

Does the XP30 have a serial connection (PC) as well as MIDI, if your using that drop the port speed down to 19200 if that is offered.

You may also want to try some of the roland sites that are listed at http://www.synthzone.com/roland.htm
