I like Jordan's music, but I am not a keyboard player per say. Of course, I have played keyboards on my records in the past, but I'm not really a keyboard player.

Yes, you have to be a full fledged keyboardist, know about synthetizing, know about modular synthesis and cheesburgers. That's the most important. if not, you're screwed.
