This will be a cool show. Unfortunately, the show in Munich (Feb 12th) is cancelled now (it was still on Neal´s site last time I checked, like a week ago). :(
Would have been nice to have him play 10 minutes from my home!

Everything so far away... Munich would have been best, even for me! :?

As a long time neal/beard fan I was joking arround with a few friends that in 2005 we would probably have to attend the 'EO jongerendag'* to visit a NEAL show...

it's getting really close to that :-)
Would be great to attend though.. the acoustic sets!!

*(the 'EO jongerendag' is a huge festival for young people to praise God and listen to christian music, etc. It's cool that it excists for those who are interested, it always gave me the creeps though watching the live broadcasts)

It was a good concert (Wermelskirchen) although Neal talked really much! But you saw that he's really feeling the spirit and is 100% natural!
Can't remember all of the setlist (don't know any of the church-songs by name!)!

That's what I remember (in no particular order):

Land of beginning again
Made alive
Open wide the flood gates
Wind at my back
Love beyond words
Sing it high
Sleeping Jesus
Somber Days
Oh to feel him
Cradle to the grave
Father of forgiveness (not 100% sure if he played it or not...)

You'll find the rest of the setlist in th www in the next days!
The Singing of his two children was really cute! All in all I have to say that it was a very good gig (although there was a bit too much bible-quotes!)I knew it would be very different from gigs I've seen. I would visit it again and regret nothing! Great night!

So, here are a few pictures (very dark, but better than nothing)....

Afterwards (when making a picture), Neal said that I look like Nick (D'Virgilio)! But in my opinion I look more like a grinning camel on the picture
