Hey, I just got this in an e-mail and thought that I'd hand it off to everyone else here.
I got an e-mail asking for my security information with regards to my paypal account as well as a link to an external site where you'd fill in that information.
I just wanted to let everyone know that it's MORE than obious it's a hoax, however, I'm also going to post the information I have on it here as well so you all don't get caught with this one. It's pretty convincing...

it was a very similar hoax on the net that said that you had to give your account information so they will verificate your information.

It was supossed to be a citybank mail.

it was very similar to this mail and you had to click on a link so you can do it, but the link was to a non-citybank site, so, if you gave the information, people stoles it from you, and it asked for your credit car number and that kind of info.
