As for the score, I've never seen one, but you might be able to figure it out easily with the official Scenes from a memory bootleg!

They did answer your question. There is no official score, I haven't even seen an unofficial one. However the Making of Scenes From Memory has the choir tracks isolated so you could work it out fairly easily.

And I believe the DVD said somehting about Jordan writing it a few hours before the choir got there to record. :P
