AUGH!!!! Right in the middle of learning Losing It (Rush) this key (a VERY important key) breaks. Hit the key and no sound. I can get a sound if I give it some impact, but again it's random. It's a KORG-X5D. It's not too old, maybe 3 to 4 years old. Is this fixable? Do I have to take it in the fix-it shop? Can I do it myself? It stinks this key has to be right in the middle of the keyboard. Why couldn't have been the end keys? I could have just programmed around it for the time being. [:(]

lol saw your post in mike's forums... and yeah that was me that replied and yeah, i realize who you are now lol... my bad! came straight here after I replied there LOL.
if you're no good with repair works... like me... don't do it yourself cos you could screw your board up and that would make it harder and more costly when you do have to take it in to a shop to get it fixed

Sell some korg keys, its not difficult to replace I guess, I've replaced my Yamaha keys on my own.
