Einziger, i've also ordered the total keyboard wizardry book from musictoday (jr online store) and i got that message too, it sucks, but we'll have to wait a month... :?

Same here, and I ordered the transcription anthology with it. I don't care about the waiting time, after all, there are so many songs to play, I won't run out of stuff during the next four weeks ...
