Hello everyone, I am looking into stepping up from my RadioShack/Casio keyboard (MD-1700).
I have my eye on the Kurzweil PC1X mainly for the price.

This is the best price/deal I could find. Anybody have any better prices or information on this board? Thanks.

Well, in that price range, you have a LOT of options. It really depends on what you will be using it for and what you want to get out of it.

The features I really want are compatibility with General Midi and I really like the 88 weighted keys.
I'm really just getting into keyboarding. I'm a trumpet player. :D I've only been playing for a few years and not very seriously. I'm looking to get something that isn't wayy expensive to basically learn on and have some fun with.
