For anyone who read my thread(s) awhile back about what happened with all the Battle of the Bands stuff, this is the song we played there.
It was originally a MIDI file and apparently Fossil Records (who posts here as well) heard it on the JP forum and gave it some better sounds than the general MIDI stuff it was.

The first few riffs were done by the guitarist, and I did everything else from there, as far as organizing all the parts, writing keyboard/drums/bass/vocal parts (vocals are the lead sound). The interlude doesn't sound at all like it's supposed to on this file...the transitions sound real iffy and the harpsichord/string parts were all supposed to be just piano...that's probably the only thing I didn't like about this file.
Over the slow part of the interlude, there are supposed to be guitar solos, as well over the last riff when the double bass kicks in, but those were never transcribed out. There's also supposed to be vocals when the song goes back into the "verse" riff, but they were left out for some reason.
Anyway....this is just a little demo of songwriting, not any actual playing unfortuneately.
