How can I make a flanger like Jarre with strings???

Jarre uses a phaser, not a flanger on some of his strings.

Jarre's string sound is mostly:

Eminent E310 deluxe organ (same as Solina strings).
Modified Smallstone Phaser

A phaser is not a sound on it's own, it's an effect, just like a flanger. Those effects can be built into a synthesizer or into a seprerate box.
