The part containing Jordan Rudess info, specially the gear section, hasn't been updated for a while, has it?
I'm a bit curious about his online gears. Maybe someone got the info I want. :)

speaking of which...DID jr ever switch to using the triton extreme as his master controller? or was that just for that master class and clinic?

this has been discussed many times however basically yes, JR's switched to the Triton Extreme instead of the Kurzweil.
His endorement will end after the current DT tour. Then it's only the Triton xtreme 88. But he will probably use k26 racks for his typical sounds.

well, if you're really interested, you should get the new DT DVD, Live at Budokan. On Disc 2, watch "Jordan Rudess: Keyboard World." He details his entire rig for the show (and this is not from Backstage Tourbulence, it's from the day of the show at Budokan). Basically, he's got his master K2600 controller which controls 2 K2600-Racks, 1 Triton Rack, and 1 Karma (and he has a spare of everything). He also has a power backup unit that will keep his entire rig up and running for about 20 minutes should the power fail (so he won't lose loaded samples and setups if the power goes out for a minute). He has his own mixer for all of these units which runs to the sound board. Then, he has his rotating stand made by Patrick Slaats. There is a knob in a black box on his keyboard that is a master volume controller for his whole rig. He also has, on a stand behind him, a little mixing unit to adjust the mix of things in his in-ear monitors so he can play with that during shows to get his mix just right. Then, he has a digital tablet computer thing to display notes and music notation for various songs. He has pedals to control sustain, what setup he's on, wah-type effects, what page his screen is on, and then duplicates of some of these for when he rotates around.
Whew! so that's basically his setup as detailed on the DVD...but buy the DVD--it's so worth it!

That explaines the ''Bad Kurzweil User thread'' he burned it because he wants a triton now. :P

Wow, great info! Thanks alot mate!
I (and the rest of the band) am having thoughts of buying the DVD of course, but those thoughts are a bit unviable, 'cause I live in Europe (Sweden) and the release has been put off to December 1st.
