Hi there,
I registered on the web site, but I still can't access the patch exchange. It says that I don't have permission. How would one go about getting said "permission" :D

Yea. I logged in on the main page. It showed me as logged in, but when I tried to click the link it just said that I'm either not logged in or don't have permission to access this site. I'm assuming that because I was logged in, it was just a case where I didn't have some sort of permmissive access. Does the web master have to turn on something in your account?
