I'm proud to annouce the born of Kurzweiland Patch Archive (http://www.lucacapozzi.net). This site aims to create a directory of almost all sounds you can freely find over the net. Every patch is provided with an MP3 sample and a link to download the patch file. A set of tutorials also will be implemented in the near future, also a better patch management engine. Actually this site is in heavy developent, so there are possibilities that something wrong will be finded. Don't exitate to contact me for bugs/collaborations/patch linking or just a greeting ;)
Musically, Axiom

if you need someone to make sound clips for sounds, let me know - I'd be more then happy to go through a few hundred sounds and make very small clips with them *as well as controller modulations, etc.* so people know what it sounds like too :)
