EDIT: leave that it wont work coz video files dont reduce if you zip it only a couple kb's :)

Probably any reduction in size will also reduce quality. You could also chop it into 3 parts, have those who want to view it download the 3 parts and put them back together. I have a program called File Splitter that will do that...then you double click a small file that the program creates and it will merge the 3 back together. :)

What is the format? What is the current compression? If it's .rm or .mov, then you can get them pretty small in filesize, but you will have absolutely zero quality in audio, plus choppy super-pixelated video at just about any size.

Depending on it's length and content, you can make it a Divx .avi at a lower resolution. Or certain resolutions of .wmvs can get pretty small. Video size is all about file types, file compression, and resolution.

Thank u guys 4 ur help... :D i did the video with a digital photo camera so i don't think i can't reduce each size.
