hey, my old computer died and i have a new one now...the only problem is that i used to use KaZaA-Lite, but now you have to pay for that...what *free* programs are you all using now to download music?

I use Limewire, it works better than previous versions.
There aren't that many apps for Mac OS9 and Kazza has always charged for the Mac version.

I hardly ever download music mp3's these days but I do search for music videos, loops, and plugs.

I use Winmx. You can find it on : www.winmx.com . It's a really great program, especially for progressive rockmusic.

Hmmm, yeah, and once again the topic of conversation comes round to using questionable software to illegally obtain software and other material. Methinks this thread should be locked, is there not something in the FAQ or terms saying you shouldn't discuss such things on here?
