Greeting,
Well, in my case I don't really use VSTs, but if your searching for the basic sounds that he uses, like the pig sound Space4keys site has a package with this sound and others. You should check it out. To use this package you will need Korg Legacy Collection. If you don't have it, my help stops here for VST. If you like programming, you can go on this site: http://www.progsounds.com/forum/showthread.php?303-Lead-Sculpting-Jordan-Rudess-Liquid-T-Lead&highlight=monster+lead
This link contains all the instructions on how to make the Liquid T Lead if your interested in this sound. I can't help you more cause you aren't specific. Mr. Rudess uses a lot of sounds so yeah you need to be more specific. On this forum, there is a generous member called Enigma that made a thread on the snarling pig sound. He explains in accurate details on how to achieve it on about any keyboard and even any VST software I think.
Here's the link to make your life easier: http://www.jordanrudess.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12348&highlight=snarling

Yeah, get Korg LegacyCell, and download the Leadsounds pack for it off Space4Keys and you're pretty set.
Other than that, there's a Liquid T Lead floating around for Oatmeal, and a Derek Sherinian Monster Lead type thing comes as a preset with Messiah. Check both of them out as well.
