In the next DT/YES Tour, for how much time will DT be playing ?.. 1 hour ? 2 hours ?

Thanks in advance

3 hours.

But most of that will be their warming up time back stage.

No, DT will not be playing for 3 hours...they're opening for Yes, DT will be playing for about 1-1.5 hours and Yes will be playing a full set on top of that - and seeing as how they played 3 hours on their 35th anniversary show at MSG, I don't doubt for a second that Yes will play a minimum of 2-3 hours after DT....and there is still speculation on whether DT and Yes will be playing together at the end or not, JR wasn't sure yet.

I read somewhere they're playing 2h15m and Yes 2h45m.
The concert in Montreal starts at 7pm, so 19:00+5h=24:00 which is the usual time a concert ends...

I read , I believe it was a Portnoy interview, and he said that they were just openning for Yes . He said about 1-1.5 hr for dt and then Yes would come on for prolly about 3hrs are so. So if you plan on going just for dt you might be disappointed , but if ya in it for both then ya gotcha self a slamming time.

I'm not disappointed at all, I love Yes and I'm totally reverent to Wakeman's work both in Yes and as solo artist...can anybody DARE forget "The Six Wives of Henry VIII"? In fact I bought the ticket for Montreal for Yes, I've seen enough of the recent Dream Theater, one date per album tour is more than sufficient, and if the album is ToT, well...I only wish I was old enough to be in Milan that night in 1993 (I was 7)...the bootleg is DEFINITIVE and every day I dream I was there...

Um... that's not what he said. He said "One date per album tour is more than sufficient, and if [especially if] the album is ToT, [end of sentence] I only wish I was old enough to be in Milan that night in 1993..." - that night in 1993 he is referring to is the night a bootleg was recorded called Lost in the Sky which is very well known and was a pretty good show. He was just saying he wishes he'd seen DT then and also moaning about ToT.

It wasn't anything special like a special set or covers, it was just a good performance. If you ask me it was very indicative of the rest of the tour, it's just because the quality of the bootleg is so good (it was recorded for a radio broadcast) it gets a lot of attention. Personally I think the 'Dance of Eternity' bootleg would be a better one to have seen - that's when they played the original A Change of Seasons!
