Well I'm definately planning on putting some stuff in there and the first thing I wanna do is max out the sample ram. But other than that...what do you guys think I should add first?

In this order...get P-Ram, Orchestral ROM block and Contemporary ROM block.

Personally I find the ROM blocks more important then the P-ram.
More sounds are more usefull to me then the capacity to have a lot of programs in the Kurzweil at once.
That you do with more times of loading.....
but get it ALL

I would recommend the Vintage Keys board. It has some really good Rhodes,CP-70,Wurlitzer and RMI piano patches as well as KDFX Studios.I would also recommend the piano board as well as it will give you a triple-strike piano on board your Kurzweil. And yes I have a K-2600XS with all four options installed

I like the vintage and piano blocks but the best IMO is the Orch.

It means that all the options that are possible to get to it, are installed. Although I don't think he has the DMTI in his gig board. Or does he?
