Soft synths

I would like to use some soft synths in my PC laptop in a live situation. I would like to put each soft synth in a midi channel and then control them from a controller.
What's the best solution ? Which programme is the best to organize everything better ?

Check out EnergyXT or Chainer. They are really good VST hosts and allow you to change patches from a master keyboard and...well check them out ^_^.

I don't recommend soft synth for live, even the state of the art laptop may not guarrantee that it could be done smoothly.
