It's similar to the original cover. You artwork is very cool indeed, maybe I find it even better than the original white one, but I've only seen a very small picture of it yet.

Thanks very much guys... I was disappointed with the original cover, that's why i designed this version.
A lot of times with these popular bands, their promotional stuff got passed over into an agency, and the designer in that agency wouldn't necesarilly be enthuastic doing DT stuff. I've even read one designer did some promo stuff for FII and sort of 'whining' over DT 'musical wankery' and stuff.. how dissappointing...

Yeah minimalistic.....japanesse design is not based on the anime, the anime is a reflection of some aspects of their culture, the japanesse design has been always very pure, cause that culture apreciates the simple life and clean spaces.....anyone who has studied design knows that. For example look at the famous arquitect Tadao Ando, his utilization of light and space, the use of raw materials and the spiritual feeling of his designs!......also if you look close enough, most anime have examples of this minimalistic aproach, when you see some of the houses and even some of the scene compositions....
So I found our friends artwork very similar to those principles of japanesse design....that was the reason to say what I said

I love the japanese caligraphy version of the majesty symbol! I am so making an icon out of that.
