Hmmm... I found that from DT's media files, check there... OR buy Awake
Guitar transcription book, it's tabbed there for guitar, but also has piano notes.

do you know of any piano programs, that I can use to translate the midi file into a piano tab . I have one for guitar and it will show all the right and stuff, but one it wont tab it for piano , and wont show the left hand parts. so if you know of any programs i can use to do this , that would be great.

[edit : also I need something that will save .wav or .mp3 to .mid ]

There are some freely downloadable notation tools on-line, most of them won't let you print it out or save your work, but then you can press "Print Screen" on your keyboard and paste the image into a normal graphics editor, which will allow you to print it out and to "save it" under soft- as much as hardcopy.

There is a WAV2MID tool but its purpose may not what you are looking for. Actually, WAV2MID allows you to convert WAV files into MID format in order to transfer the data via MIDI into your synthesizer, if the latter allows sample imports. However, this tool will not convert a WAV into a MIDI score (unfortunately) ...

it's pretty much impossible to reliably convert a wav or mp3 into midi, as midi is more or less instructions for a synth to play certain pitches at certain times, where wav/mp3 contains the actual sound data...the only real option is to transcribe it yourself

Also, Finale can load midis, you could try a demo version of that.
