The tears and such look a bit "forced", although perhaps its her way of getting into the song she is about to play?

Regardless, performance was incredible as to be expected from her at this point.

Hmm.. maybe I should buy the Japanese import of her new album after all! Don't really want to wait until it's available over here in Europe.

I'm inclined to agree with you there, but all that aside, I thought she played beautifully.

I doubt it. It's a tribute to Oscar Peterson, who's one of her heroes and he had just died recently at the time. It's only natural that she would get a bit emotional playing it.

Anyway, I saw it a couple days ago, it's definitely good. Hiromi makes even me wonder "is she better than Chick?". Either way she's adorable and very talented. You don't get to play with 3/4 of RTF if you aren't (Al, why the hold out?).

Hiromi is one of the best, no doubt about it.

I wish her new album was out already! I don't feel like importing from Japan this time, but I don't like having to wait until January either. What's the deal with this massively delayed international release?
