I was wondering what would be Jordan's opinions towards this vid:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFZki6TcY4w

To me it's breathtaking, specially around 9.30 with those big jumps.. and then 10.04 where the time is running out and suddently insane speed o.o

How great would it be to see Jordan doing it right? heh (actually anyone other than Martin Leung xD).

So I want to organize an operation to build star-ships to abduct Jordan and, after the anal probe of course, make him learn and play it! (maybe I went a little far!)

Just wanted to know, what do you think of that vid and of that pianist?
I'm asking everyone btw, not Rudess xD since I doubt his involvement in the topic.

BTW: I'm learning some Super Mario themes, so I'm happy and a little trolly judging from my post =P
I play for less than a year, so I've got a long way to go u.u but I started learning yesterday the Super Mario Bros 3 overworld theme (among others. 4:36) and it's coming along pretty well so there's hope ^^

Damn, the thread title got me all excited. I thought JR actually had played some Super Mario music! I think it would be cool to see, but I doubt JR would be familiar with the songs or want to play something with no personal significance to him.

But I am reminded of this-

Van Dam, I'm pretty sure about what you said regarding JR and Mario Bros...lol
And yeah, I got really excited too, when I read the thread title... I just imagined Jordan playing something funny like this... lol x2...xD

BTW; His performance it's not bad, it's really good...
But let me tell; I don't want to "uncredit" this guy performance, but it's just a typical classical school techique, that many pianist today (including me) must learn if they wanna become "Professionals" someday, because there's a lot of pianist around the world, specially from asia, that are playing that or even more...
Just search in Youtube "Lang Lang" or "Volodos" and you'll see what I'm talking about... Specially Lang Lang's Don Giovanni or Volodos's Turkish March.

I'm not trying to offense nobody and if I offensed someone, I'm really sorry..., but this is just a reality, that everybody should understand...

Cheers.
Izmael.

Misleading title! Go hide somewhere and think about what you did to us, poor Jordan's followers!

Recently, I received a copy of fanclub CD from VoicesUK, and got to know that is used at Progressive Nation 2008.
Astonished.
