So I'm in the process of designing my keytar. And was wondering (to make life easier) if there was any such software where you can import an image, and tell the computer from point A to point B it is 20cm, then from there it can work out other distances as you click points. If that makes sense...
Does anything like this exist? :frown:

Vectorial imaging software can do part of that.. you can scale the image to what you want... inkscape is free and opensource .... I don't know if it can rasterize a picture tough... there's also adobe ilustrator that can do it take the trial if it is for less than 1month.
Usually they are really high price software but for the basics inkscape will do it

AutoCAD, it can not do what you want, but it's the closest thing...
