ok, this isn't really keyboard related, but it could be helpful to some others.
I play the guitar, and I have an extra adapter lying around from a junked keyboard.
I wanna know if this will work for a guitar pedal.

This first one is the adapter from the keyboard.
1:
Input: 120V 60Hz 5W
Output: 9vDC 150mA

This one is the recommended adapter.
2:
Input: 120V AC 60Hz 6W
Output: 9V DC 200mA

Does that 50mA and 1W make enough difference to ruin something?

The 50mA, probably. In terms of amperage, it's fine to have more than what's listed, it's actually damaging to have less.

That one watt that's missing probably won't help either. Most electronic shops have 9V power adaptors (usually with changeable connectors) that cover almost everything. Give them a shot, or just whack in a 9V battery. ;)

Yeah, running on batteries right now. But, it would be nice not to have to buy extra batteries.

The manual says that the pedal only draws 5.5mA, so would that mean that the amps wouldn't be a problem?

I've gotta admit, the Watts part has me a bit flustered. Don't you measure the watts by multiplying the Volts by the Amps? It doesn't add up.
Does anyone know what it actually means with the 5W, and the 6W?

Since 5-6W is for the input, it doesn't matter - it's not like you can change it, so it should be okay. I think it means power usage.

Amps - if it's a little bit more, it doesn't matter. Ussually device need "at least" x amount of amps, more is okay.

So you are good to go, I guess.
