c'mon man - that site is obiously biased and not reflecting both sides of the story.
If I were paying people to play music for me and they legimitely SUCKED then yes, I'm going to kick them out too. I mean, again there's 2 sides to the story and only one is being presented there.

I think there's much more to it then that, and I'd be willing to bet that the site was made by someone that was in the band and didn't like him...

Buddy Rich is one of my favourite drummers (those who don't know him have heard his drumming in countless jazz albums or on the Muppet show theme)...

He was known to have outbursts, but also known for being a hell of a drummer.

Nothing he said in that transcript was that bad though. He just was telling the band that they sucked and needed to straighten up..
