I'm in need of help from anyone who's an IT admin or knows about Exchange 07...
Let me give you an idea of my environment:
I have an Exch03 server and an Exch07 server. The 07 is my primary mail server, which also controls the routing for Exch03. (External DNS is configured for External mailflow)
Here's what my issue is though that I need help with:
I can send externally with a SMTP host from either 03 or 07 without any issues.
I can receive from external domains on 03 with no problem.
If I had a mailbox on 07 though, External doesn't come through. I can't even get mail from internal however (03 to 07 mailboxes doesn't work, but 07 to 07 DOES work)
Nothing in my environment changed, with the exception that I've added a Domino - AD connector so my Domino server can send mail as well.
The 07 server is the authoritative server in the domain, and the connectors I THOUGHT were set up properly. (Again, was working but I didn't change anything in my environment and it seems like it just stopped working)
I figured DNS might be the issue, but my DNS server is configured properly and the servers in the domain all have static IP addresses.
I do only have 1 DC, which is also my DNS server. None of the other machines are compiled so each environmental element has it's own workspace.
I CAN provide screenshots, and I have Webex so I can allow someone to see my environment if they're so able to help.
I'm stuck and I've done everything but reconfigure my connectors from scratch... I would like help if anyone is familiar with Exch07 enough to be able to lend a hand... That would be awesome.
I know the forum is full of smart people and I'm hoping at least 1 of you knows Exchange mailflow a bit.
