I saw a short clip of one but did JR n JP plan on opening up a DVD or something of them playing during that night?

This may had already been asked but I would really love to see it. :!:

I remeber the time back when I used to have Kazaa, and when I did a search for JR, there were many videos from the gig "An Evening with JP & JR" available. There were of a bad quality and I'm not sure if all clips together were the whole show, but I think they are not available at p2p networks anymore.
I think there were never plans to release that show on VHS or DVD, but if there were any, they would not release it anymore, since someone obviously made it available online... :?

i did not know that. i wouldnt do that for songs, but for some reason, i thought it was different for bootlegged vids since it was said that it probly wont be sold anywhere. i guess i was wrong...

it was crappy quality anyway, under a minute, and seemed to be from someones tape recorder with a nervous hand :)

The thing is that the show was released on CD, you can buy it everywhere, it's called "An Evening with John Petrucci and Jordan Rudess". It is a bootleg video, which made me think about it again. For sure, you are not allowed to share this with sound, because you can purchase the sound in stores. As for the video, I am not sure, maybe it would even be allowed to share it without sound... I am not sure and I don't want that anyway, I am not familiar with copyrights. I have been using p2p networks when I was a bit younger than I am now, it's years ago and I did not really realize what damage it does to the bands and the record companies when you download songs illegally.
