Read the manual or korg.com's website for instructions on how to properly reset your Triton's internal memory, as this is not something you just jump into haphazardly. You will need copies of the OS, and factory preload data ready on floppy disks before doing this procedure. Grab the latest version of the Triton Le OS off of korg.com and follow the instructions carefully.

I once had to fix a Trinity that was showing 98% of is memory free, but when you would start the sequencer, it would give you a four count then cut out. No matter what you did, it wouldn't let you sequence. On a whim, I tried restarting while holding the Record key, and it reset itself to factory defaults, solving all of the problems.

I don't know if the Karma, Triton Le, or Tritons have this same feature built into them, or if it's the same button combination, but check Korg's website for "restore to factory defaults" or something similar, and follow Scrap's advice on getting the OS information, just in case. You don't want to reboot your board and wipe out it's entire OS accidentally.

You will surely find the answer on tritonhaven.com . It's a keycombination while powering up, like you said. I believe it's the Enter and Rec button.....but check it out on the tritonhaven first to be sure. All your sounds, samples, seqences will be deleted....but, not the OS. But since many people reset a triton because of malfunctions you best load the latest OS anyway after the reset.

Hope you get it working again,
