I don't have that exact equipment.
I do use a 100 mg SCSI Zip Disc Drive with my Triton Classic. It works flawless and (I had to purchase the Korg SCSI kit for my Classic).
Every time I power up the Triton, I press 'disk ' , then hit a few tabs to
'scan scsi device'. Its been working perfect for years.

I use a ZIP100 SCSI drive with my K2500, and I'm sure your zip will work on a K2600 too.

I know that 100mb zip works, but I would like to know if 250Mb works in the same way or is incompatible!! someone said me that , for example, the 250Mb size zip doesn't work with akai samplers!!

I have both a 100meg zip & a 2gig Jazz for my K2500XS and they both seem to work fine.

I like to use individual disk to help me organize my Kurzwiel files. Unless your storing tons of samples, you should be able to fit everything you need on a single 100meg disk. If you are going to label the disk & use them to organize your work (also if your cousin wants to play on your board and save work, you could give him a disk), you'd probably want cheaper disk. I haven't bought a zip disk for a while, but I'm wondering what the price difference is between a 100meg & a 250meg Zip disk? You can get a 100meg SCSI zip drive off ebay for about $15 USD.

thanks john, i know that the price difference is little, but here in Italy is very difficoult to find any kind of scsi hard drive. Fortunately now I have found that 250MB zip scsi. Only that so I need to know if it worhs good!!

My 100meg SCSI zip works just fine on my K2500XS. I'm sure a 250 would work fine on a K2600.

I use a 250mb scsi zip on my K2500xs.
Also a 100mb usb zip on my mac.

What I discovered was that a 250mb disk can not be read on the 100mb drive so I only use 100mb zip disks now.

Sry, don't have a Triton

Dude, couple of options... buy one and try it (you can always send it back if it doesn't work) or email Korg... it's quite apparent no-one's using one the way you want to here. I would be *very* surprised if it didn't though, the 250Mb Zip is almost ubiquitous these days, it'll work with pretty much anything.
