Hey everyone. I've been having a big problem with the K2600XS. Made a setup that has bass in the left, piano across the middle and strings, and brass in the upper. The problem is, after about a half an hour or so, the different parts will start to just randomly go sharp or flat a quarter or half step. One thing I noticed last night was when we turned on the video projector, that's when the pitches started messing up. Any idea what the problem might be? If possible, I need to get this fixed by tomorrow!

Check the MIDIscope utility (Master > Utility > MIDI). Turn it on and then don't touch the board and see if there are any MIDI messages randomly being sent. If you see stuff going through there, that is most likely the source of your pitch problems. This usually happens when the pitch wheel potentiometer starts to go bad. It will start sending random MIDI messages or behave improperly. The large or small ribbons could also be culprits of this as they are also assigned to bend pitch by default.
Once you determine what MIDI controller is acting up, if any, you can temporarily solve the problem by disabling that physical controller by altering your Control Setup in the MIDI mode. If you're playing in Setup Mode and need to disable the offending controller, you will have to do it within each Setup you plan to use.
This is only a temporary fix through software and you should take your keyboard into an authorized service center for hardware repair.

Did you see any random MIDI messages showing up in the MIDIscope? If so, what were they?
